映	映猫ken on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国の指定史跡に指定されている埼玉古墳群の中の一つであり、他の古墳群とは別に寄居町産の灰色の変わった須恵質埴輪壺が出土した古墳?? 古墳群内では奥ばった場所にぽっこりとお腹を見せるかのような抑えめの前方後円墳でした? ただ余りパッとしない感じです? 一応古墳群内では一番最後に築かれたらしいです?‍♂️ It is one of the Saitama burial mounds designated as a national historic site, and apart from the other burial mounds, an old burial mound ?? was excavated from a strange gray haniwa jar from Yorii Town. 明	明子の執事さん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中の山古墳は、奥の山古墳と並んで埼玉（さきたま）古墳群の南端に位置しています。東側には、壊されてしまいましたが方墳（ほうふん）の戸場口山（とばぐちやま）古墳が隣接しており、３つの古墳の真ん中にあたることからその名がつきました。全長は79ｍです。墳丘（ふんきゅう）は、前方部の保存状態が良い一方、後円部はかつて畑となっていたため、細長く変形しています。今は完全に埋まっていますが、発掘調査により、周囲は二重の堀で囲まれていることが確認されています。後円部の頂上には掘り返されたとみられるくぼみがあり、かつて石棺（せっかん）が出土したという言い伝えがあることから、埋葬施設（まいそうしせつ）は盗掘（とうくつ）された可能性が高いようです。またこのことから、中の山古墳は「唐櫃山（かろうとやま）」という別名を持っています。（ ↑ 引用させて頂きました） The Nakayama Kofun is located at the southern end of the Saitama Kofun Group, along with the Yamako Tomb in the back.
