★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 驚くべきサポートの良さでした。パンクで預けたのですが、ブレーキ、チェーンの油差し、ギア変更部分もメンテナンスしてくれていたようで、今まであったギア変更の違和感が完全になくなっていました。
自転車といえどそこそこスピードは出ますから、命を預けるモノです。こちらでなら安心して自転車のメンテナンスを任せられると思いました。接客も甚く丁寧で、今後自転車に関する問題は全てこちらにお願いしようと思っています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サイクルベースあさひのパンク防止剤を使用してもパンクしたので急遽こちらへ修理依頼。
パンク防止剤入りなのでチューブ交換になってしまいました。
しばらくして受け取りに行くと、ブレーキの調子が良くなっているわ、ホイールが綺麗になっているわ、鍵の滑りも良くなっていました。
パンク修理だけお願いしたのですが、一通り観てくれたんですね、大変感謝！

ある日パンクして近くのダイワサイクルに持ち込み修理してもらいました。しかし数日してからまたパンクしました。今度は川崎の自宅近くのアサヒに持ち込みましたがまたパンクしました。どうもおかしいと思いこのお店で修理してもらった時ですが、店主は外側の硬いタイヤ部分の内側から手探りでガラス片を見つけて下さいました。これはとても手間のかかる作業で大手では絶対しないでしょう。なぜなら大手チェーン店は安いのでひっきりなしにお客さんが来て必要最低限の作業しかしないからです。
また、27インチのホイールにパナレーサーの8W27-81A18をつけてもらおうとダイワサイクルやアサヒに持ち込みましたが「やったことがない」「規格が違うから」と断れました。ダメ元でこの店に頼むと問題ないとのことで引き受けてくれました。
ただし大手チェーン店と比べるとどうしても料金が高いです。しかしそれだけ払う価値はあります、自転車修理も安物買いの銭失いです、しっかりとした知識と経験を持つこのお店に頼みましょう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スポークが２本折れていたので修理してもらいました。ダイワサイクルでは在庫を確認して最低2日必要だとのことでしたが、こちらでは1時間後に電話しますと言われ、すぐ直してくれました。値段も安かったので、今後もお世話になりたいと思います。
