仕上がりがとても良いです。他のクリーニング店で落ちなかったアイスクリームのシミを持ち込んだときは、「それは嫌な思いをしたんでしょ？取れるかどうかわからないけど取ってみるわね」と温かいお声がけをいただき、シミも見事に取っていただけたこともあります。服の汚れで困った時は、「とりあえずコマツへ行け！」（北方謙三風）が我が家の合言葉です。
