午後の診療開始の15分前に行きましたが2時間経っても中待合にすら入れません。渡されたのは10番台の番号札。
どんどん順番を飛ばされて中待合に15人程度入って行きました。
「いつもの注射·点滴、採血のみの方は順番に関係なく中にお呼びします」の貼り紙。
それはわかりますが、さすがに待たされ過ぎ…
ただただ待たされるだけで、中の状況がわからない為に患者側は不満が募ります。
目安の番号の掲示はされるが、目安の待ち時間も同時にお知らせ頂きたい。
「一見さん」は勝手がわからない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親のかかりつけ医で付き添いとして行きましたが、受付の方も看護師さんも親切で丁寧に症状をきいてくれました。待ち時間は口コミの通りに長いけど、しっかり必要な検査を説明した上で行ってくれるので、ありがたかったです。
