★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供が発熱して診察してもらうとだいたい風邪といわれます。違う小児科行ったらウィルス性の違う病気でした。二度も観てもらったのにどちらも風邪といわれたので誤診かと。

問診票見て馬鹿にした感じに他の看護婦とクスクス笑っていました。
二度と行きません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場に停めようとしたら、カラーコーンを置いてる人がいたので、停めて良いですか？と聞くと、すごく不機嫌な顔をして、ここに停めないで下さいと言われました。さとう小児科専用駐車場と書いてあり、まだ二十台近くは停められたのに、なんで？と思い、停めちゃ駄目なんですか？と聞くと、ここはダメですと言われました。じゃあどこに停めればいいのか聞こうと思いましたが、馬鹿にされてる気がしたので、その場を後にしました。四十代くらいの性格悪そうな顔したおばさんです。一生行きません！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の感じの悪さにびっくりしました。
受付早々嫌な顔をされ、口調も人を見下したような感じでかなり腹が立ちました。なぜあのような方が受付業務をしているのか疑問です。医院の方でもなぜ対処しないのかな？と思ってしまいます。いくら医者が良くても受付があれじゃあ医院の評判が悪くなると思います。
もう二度と行きません。気分を害されに行くようなものです。

The receptionist had an unpleasant face early and the tone was quite angry as if I looked down on a person. I'm wondering why those people are doing reception work. Why doesn't the doctor even deal with it? I will think. No matter how good the doctor is, I think that the reputation of the doctor's office will deteriorate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供が小さいときには、毎回受診していました。待ち時間かとても短いので小さい子供の時はとても助かります。
点滴もしたことがあります。
最近は子供が丈夫になったので、予防接種の時しかいきませんが、スムーズにことが運ぶのでたすかります。予防接種は前日電話してしまったことがありますが、親切に対応してくれました。
ベビーベットあります。
絵本もたくさんあります。待ち時間は絵本を読んで過ごせます。
駐車場は表と裏とにあります。
薬は院内処方でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも子供がお世話になってます。以前は別な所にかよってましたが、こちらはいつでも待たずにすぐ診てくれます。点滴や自宅での吸入器も貸してもらえ、気管支が弱い我が子には助かってます。先生も落ち着いた感じで、受付の方もサバサバしていて私は好きです。
