I come here once in a while. It is a cafe mocha of Sarutahiko Coffee. I thought it was delicious coffee without adding sugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元は野晒しの駐車場。オフィスビルの１階にサイゼリア、ワタミ系の中華ワンズガーデン、くら寿司、E-PRONTOが入る。チグハグな土地開発なので陸の孤島の観がある。
くら寿司の前は日興証券が入っていたがいまひとつ。ワンズガーデンもメニューは劣化するばかり。このビルの南側に同じようなビルがあるが、この地区にこれだけの大きさのビルが二つ必要なのかとやや不思議。数年前の台風では地下が浸水。不動産屋にはあるまじき調査不足で電気室被災したのかしばらくテナントは営業停止。
散歩にはもってこいの空間のを提供してくれているが、ビル風は寒い朝通勤の身には辛かった。
Originally an open-air parking lot. Saizeriya, Watami-based Chinese Ones Garden, Kura Sushi, and E-PRONTO will be on the first floor of the office building. There is a view of an isolated island on land because it is a land development that is stubborn.
Nikko Securities was in front of Kura Sushi, but it's not good enough. The menu of One's Garden just deteriorates. There is a similar building on the south side of this building, but I wonder if two buildings of this size are needed in this area. The underground was flooded by the typhoon several years ago. The tenant was suspended for a while, probably because the electric room was damaged due to a lack of investigation at the real estate agent.
It provides a perfect space for a walk, but the building style was hard for me to commute in the cold morning.
