こちらにもグッズが売られていて思わず散財しそうに。
始めに調味料セットを置いてくださり、それらを使いたくて定食にしようか悩んだものの定食は多そうだったのでピザを注文。
獅子唐&お肉と、檸檬&ゴルゴンゾーラ。
生地が普通のピザ生地ではなく、柔らかい『粉もん』な感じ。
山椒ソーダは山椒のシロップ漬けのソーダ割りだそうで。
沈んでいる山椒を食べてもふんわり甘い。
西湖という蓮のお菓子は作りたてで柔らかく優しい甘み。
お土産にも頂きました。
場所と商品から見るとしょうがないものの、ちょっと贅沢覚悟で行くお値段帯です。

Shishito pepper & meat, lemon & gorgonzola.
The dough is not a normal pizza dough, but a soft "flour-mon" feeling.
Sansho soda is said to be a soda split of Sansho pickled in syrup.
Even if you eat the sunken Japanese pepper, it is fluffy and sweet.
Saiko, a lotus candy, is freshly made and has a soft and gentle sweetness.
I also got it as a souvenir.
Although it is unavoidable in terms of location and products, it is a price range that you can go with a little luxury.

ググると京都紫野和久傳らしい❗
出身地が久美浜らしく、この地に森づくりから始めて安藤忠雄氏設計の「森の中の家 安野光雅館」とレストラン「wakuden MORI」と工房を構える。
森はまだまだこれから広がる様子。
昨年、94歳で亡くなった「安野光雅追悼展イギリスの村」を見に行きました。
柔らかい優しい水彩画の世界が、イギリスの村にありました。
入館料は￥1000
くわのおちゃのペットボトル付きで、ちょっと嬉しい(笑)
レストランは、ごはんものや喫茶があります。
もちろん、れんこん菓子の西湖(せいこ)も食べられます?
コーヒー☕と西湖を頂いて、ゆったりとした時間を過ごしました??
車がないとなかなか行けませんが、今度はお腹を空かして訪れたいところです?
