★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三歳の子供の耳掃除で行きましたが、子供が怖がりギャン泣きで暴れてたのにもかかわらず、嫌な顔ひとつせず最後までしっかり対応してくれました。本当にありがたかったしこれからも御世話になります。受付の方も親切で良かったです。

耳鼻科の治療は長くかかりがちだが一ヶ月ほどたった時にある症状を訴えたところ「そんなはずはない。」との返答に唖然とした。「それはこの疾病とは関係ない。」などならまだ納得できるが、患者自身が訴えている自覚症状に「そんなはずはない。」はないよね。それを機に別のクリニックにかかった。というわけで評価は星ふたつ。
今はインフォームドコンセントということも言われている時代なので、若先生はそんなことはないと思うのだけれど。

喉に強い痛みがあり、経験上溶連菌だなと思ったのでやんわり溶連菌の検査をお願いしましたが、してくれませんでした。
我慢して別日に違う病院に行くとやっぱり溶連菌。溶連菌用の抗菌剤でないと良くなりません。
症状を訴えてる患者には出来るだけ寄り添い、検査の費用は払うのですから希望があれば検査はしてください。

When I put up with it and went to a different hospital on another day, I found streptococcus. It will not improve unless it is an antibacterial agent for hemolytic streptococcus.
We will be as close as possible to the patient complaining of the symptoms and pay the cost of the test, so please do the test if you wish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 耳垢除去で行ったところ、ハサミのような器具で耳の中の皮を掴まれ、思いっきり出血。
それで耳垢が取れたなら良かったが、出された薬を点薬したところ、いきなり耳が聞こえなくなった。
翌日、別の病院へ。
耳が聞こえなくなったのは、耳垢が除去されておらず、点薬によって耳垢が膨らんでしまったとの事。
耳垢除去すら出来ないどころか、怪我をさせても平気な病院は初めてでした。
