羽	羽初 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて伺いました。自宅からは少し遠いのですが、近い耳鼻咽喉科さんの院内の清潔面と受付の方の対応が苦痛だったことで変えたいと思っていてクチコミを参考に選びました。私が行った日は平日で午前8時半からの受付で8時10分頃着。4番目でした。その後もたくさん人が来ていて8時半には10人くらいいたかな？診療開始の9時には院内の待合室は一席ずつディスタンスを保ちながらもほぼ満員でした。 8時半に入りましたが、初診なので問診票を記入します。問診票記入後なので順番が前後するのかな？と思いましたが、きちんと4番目で対応して頂けました。待合番号札と、初診なので院の説明の紙も頂きました。受付の女性も、説明が丁寧でわかりやすく対応も良く、ここですでに好印象です。診察は院長先生と副院長先生と2人でされていて、私は院長先生でした。問診も丁寧でしたし、耳や鼻、口の中を診る都度何をするかしっかり声かけがあり、不安はありませんでした。こちらの質問もしっかり聞いてくださり、処方される薬の説明もして頂けました。お会計もスムーズでしたし、隣の薬局さんも初めてでしたが対応が良かったです！今まで行っていた耳鼻咽喉科さんが私的にはあまりよくなかったため、本当に感動して初めてクチコミを書いちゃいました。近所だったらいいなと思います！そのくらい満足できた耳鼻咽喉科さんです。どの病院もこんな先生と受付の方だったらいいのにな。 I visited for the first time.
