初めて伺いました。 自宅からは少し遠いのですが、近い耳鼻咽喉科さんの院内の清潔面と受付の方の対応が苦痛だったことで変えたいと思っていてクチコミを参考に選びました。 私が行った日は平日で午前8時半からの受付で8時10分頃着。4番目でした。その後もたくさん人が来ていて8時半には10人くらいいたかな? 診療開始の9時には院内の待合室は一席ずつディスタンスを保ちながらもほぼ満員でした。 8時半に入りましたが、初診なので問診票を記入します。問診票記入後なので順番が前後するのかな?と思いましたが、きちんと4番目で対応して頂けました。待合番号札と、初診なので院の説明の紙も頂きました。 受付の女性も、説明が丁寧でわかりやすく対応も良く、ここですでに好印象です。 診察は院長先生と副院長先生と2人でされていて、私は院長先生でした。 問診も丁寧でしたし、耳や鼻、口の中を診る都度何をするかしっかり声かけがあり、不安はありませんでした。 こちらの質問もしっかり聞いてくださり、処方される薬の説明もして頂けました。 お会計もスムーズでしたし、隣の薬局さんも初めてでしたが対応が良かったです! 今まで行っていた耳鼻咽喉科さんが私的にはあまりよくなかったため、本当に感動して初めてクチコミを書いちゃいました。 近所だったらいいなと思います!そのくらい満足できた耳鼻咽喉科さんです。 どの病院もこんな先生と受付の方だったらいいのにな。

以前、めまいで受診しました。担当は副院長先生でした。丁寧かつ的確な診察、ご説明でとても助かりました。 先日は、保育園児の息子も耳が痛いというので、受診しました。担当の院長先生にはとても優しく、ご丁寧に診ていただき、息子も安心して受診できました。 自宅から少し距離はありますが、耳鼻咽喉科にかかる事があれば、迷わずここを受診するつもりです。

14時30ちょうどについて、この列。ゴゴイチに入りたいなら14時くらいから並ばないと厳しいのかも。 熊谷エリアは耳鼻科が少ない。 2時間以上待つ覚悟で。しかしお医者様はニコニコ優しく丁寧。(私の担当は女医さん)。受付のお姉さん方も皆さん丁寧で優しい。 コロナで人数制限をしているようだが、待合室のソファーや椅子などにも、テープや貼り紙をするなどして、患者同士が等間隔に座れる配慮などがあればよいと思います。待合室の中は人だらけ。密でした。(2021.2現在)

家族が慢性的な頭痛が続いており、脳神経内科、耳鼻科、腱引き、骨格矯正などしましたが良くならず。 鼻炎がまたひどくなり、頭痛も頻繁になったため口コミをもとに訪れました。 的確な診断、説明、こちらの質問にもわかりやすく丁寧に答えてくださりました。 また大体の治療期間の目処まで指南してくれ、本当にこちらに来てよかった。とおもいました。 今までかかっていた耳鼻科はいったい、全く…。 こちらは、うちからかなり距離がありますが、苦になりません。 受診してみてよかった。 受付の方も質問に対し丁寧に答えてくれました。 はじめに受付をし、外出し戻った時に呼び出しされた場合は受付人数の上限を超えた場合、診察してもらえないのかお聞きしたところ、順番はリセットされるが来たときにまた順番を取り直し診察してもらえるとの事でした。 院内の説明書きも細かいようですが、色々な年齢、症状の患者さんが見える中でそれぞれに負担のかからないようにと配慮した注意書きばかり。お人柄を感じられる注意書きばかりでした。
