Now you can find a memorial shrine here dedicated to the students and soldiers that died during the war. You can also find a Type 97 Chi-Ha here. The Chi-Ha was knocked out during the battle of Saipan. It has multiple hits on the right side, and was probably used for target practice. The tank was salvaged out of a canal together with another Chi-Ha, this one was send to Wakajishi and the other Chi-Ha was send to Yasukuni Shrine War Museum.
