あんこや和菓子が苦手な人でも、旨いと声をあげるほどの美味しさ。
生地が特に最高の旨さです。
“Shinshoji egg hand-baked dorayaki” produced by Setoya Shimakawa and sold by Tenshinzan Farm is shocking!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雑誌で紹介されていたので即行き。寺の裏手にあるので知らなかった。厨房にかかりきりなのか、誰もいなかったので左側にあるボタンで呼び出し。少し待つ。
掲載されていた藻塩大福は、大福に珍しくこしあん。なめらかで甘さ控えめなこしあんと、程よい塩みの藻塩がいい塩梅だった。
お土産や普段使いに丁度いいけど、日持ちしないので注意。
