以前勤めていた時ここに

懐かしい味でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ツユは藪蕎麦などよりは薄く、幾らか鰹ダシが勝っている感じ。麺はホンの少し茹で過ぎかな。ここまでだと☆は１つ。お母さんのお気遣いは、昔懐かしい感じで、ちょっと嬉しくて☆１つ追加。
The tsuyu is thinner than the buckwheat noodles, and the bonito dashi is a bit better. The noodles are really boiled a little. Up to here, there is one ☆. My mom's care is nostalgic, and I'm a little happy, so I added one.

美味しいので、ワタシは、13時過ぎに食べに行きます。
