パ	パンダ代表 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜、ランチ時に初訪問。お酒のアテも充実してるし、雰囲気も良いですね。白子は新鮮で美味い！鴨ロースも十分美味しいですが、軽くスモークしても良いかも知れません。天麩羅の海老はやや火が入り過ぎに感じました。火が入り過ぎないプリっとした食感で食べたいところ。自分は素材の風味を感じたいので香りの無い油で揚げた、軽くてサクサクの天麩羅が好きなのですが、これは人それぞれ好みもあり、店主が揚げ油を選定してるので、一つの意見としてコメントしました。チーズケーキは美味しいですが、写真と大分イメージが違いました。長々とコメントしましたが、普通のお蕎麦屋さんとは一線を画してますし、高みを目指してる感じが伝わりますので、敢えて意見させて頂きました。ご馳走様でした。次回は夜に再訪させていただきます。 First visit at lunch on Saturday.
