★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前は小荒沢川の向こう側にあったそうですが、
参拝するのに遠いのと、川を渡るため通いにくく不便だったらしく、
昭和42年に現在の場所に移動されています。
麻疹にご利益があるとされています。
毎年9月に例大祭（のようなもの）が開かれます。
祭りと言っても神社の近所の人達が集まって、
飲み会をする程度です。
一応その日だけは社が開放されています。
山祇なのか山衹なのかはっきりしませんが、
山の神様を祀っている事は確かです。
何故麻疹にご利益があると拡がったかは解りません。
春は葉山葵の花がきれいです。
