★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夕刻に青春18きっぷの旅で電車乗り継ぎの際に駅近のお店だったので訪問。昭和の大衆食堂という雰囲気。若い人には勧められないけど、味は秀逸です！
カツ丼いただきましたが出汁の美味しさが素晴らしかった。中華スープもまったく手抜きなくラーメンスープと同等の味でした。漬け物も手作りであったかみのあるお店でした。
 In the evening, I visited the shop near the station when I was connecting to the train on the Seishun 18 Ticket trip. Atmosphere of Showa popular dining room. Not recommended for young people, but the taste is excellent!
I had a katsudon, but the soup stock was delicious. The Chinese soup tasted the same as the ramen soup without any omissions. The pickles were also handmade, and it was a chewy shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてお邪魔しました。開店して直ぐにお客様はすでに五名です。前から気になっていたお店です。何回か休みの時に来てしまい、嫌われてました?今回は、食べられます。お店は、20人分程椅子は有るけど、無理かな⁉️来ましたよ‼️懐かしい感じの中華そばです。それに、汁だくですよ❗やや油浮き多めでしょうか、でもあまり気に成りません。麺は中太やや縮れ麺でした。シコシコですね✨するする入って行きますよ✋若い女将さんが頑張っています。味の濃さも、自分好みです‼️今度はかみさんを連れてお邪魔しますよ?✋駐車場も分かりましたので、臆すること無く行けます‼️

I have come back several times during the holidays and I hated. This time, I can eat. The store has a chair for about 20 people, but it is impossible! It is Chinese soba with a nostalgic feeling. Besides, it's a soup, maybe it's a little oily, but I don't care too much. The noodles were medium thick and slightly frizzled. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カツ丼とラーメンが美味しいです。カツ丼は程よい甘さで出汁がきいててラーメンはあっさり系で昔ながらといった感じでチャーシューが美味しいです。定期的に食べたくなります。お昼時になるとお客はひっきりなしといった感じになります。店内の席は少なめなので要注意です。美味しかったです。ご馳走さまでした。
Katsudon and ramen are delicious. The katsudon is moderately sweet and the soup stock is good, and the ramen is light and old-fashioned, and the char siu is delicious. I want to eat it regularly. At noon, the customers feel like they are incessant. Please note that there are few seats in the store. It was delicious. It was a feast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隣のホテルに宿泊し2回訪れました。肉丼とカツ丼と中華をいただきました。美味しいですね。配達もやってるみたいで混んでなくても忙しそうです。どれも良いですがシンプルに中華をお勧めします。お母さんの細かい気遣いも山形ならでは。
I stayed at the hotel next door and visited twice. I had a meat bowl, a katsudon and Chinese food. delicious. It seems that delivery is also done, so it seems to be busy even if it is not crowded. All are good, but I simply recommend Chinese food. Yamagata's attention to detail is unique to Yamagata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カツ丼を頂きました。卵とじの出汁が関西からすると濃いめですが美味しく頂きました。とくひつは、山形美人の女将さん手作り？の3種の漬物(茄子、大根、胡瓜)です。ご馳走様でした。
I got a katsudon. The soup stock of the egg binding is thick from Kansai, but it was delicious. Is Tokuhitsu handmade by the landlady of Yamagata beauty? Three kinds of pickles (eggplant, radish, cucumber). It was a treat.

店に入ると「いつもの？（ラーメン大盛）」と言ってもらえます。そう、いつもラーメン大盛です。
店内がそう広くなく、混んでしまうと食べに行けなくなってしまうので、今まで投稿していませんでしたが、ついに投稿しちゃいます。
The ramen shop I eat the most in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場があるのか不明なため、中々訪問できないでいましたが、なんとか訪問できました。
平日ランチの時間帯でしたが、先客が一人で、間もなく他のお客さんも入店。
出前も多いようで、一つしかない出入り口(玄関)を出たり入ったりで忙しいようです。
カツ丼が食べたいがための訪問ですので、カツ丼を注文!
値段相応の肉ですが、下処理も良く、肉厚です。
味は甘めですが、これもアリですね。
