★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日は新潟県小千谷市の駅前にある小千谷そば和田さんにお邪魔しました。布海苔のつなぎの新潟蕎麦。喉越しがよく大好きです。今日はかつ煮と蕎麦のセットをいただいたのですがカツが分厚くで食べごたえがありました。ご馳走様でした。
Today, I visited Mr. Wada, Ojiya Soba in front of the station in Ojiya City, Niigata Prefecture. Niigata soba with cloth seaweed. I love going through my throat. Today I had a set of boiled cutlet and soba noodles, but the cutlet was thick and delicious. It was a treat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小千谷では「へぎ蕎麦」が定番ですがーここでは手打ち蕎麦と天婦羅がオススメです。
温かいお蕎麦でオススメは鰊蕎麦。
JR小千谷駅前なので列車でのアクセスも良い。
10/26久しぶり再訪
美味しい天麩羅と美味しい手打ち蕎麦を食べたくて寄りました。
相変わらず美味しく頂きました。
秋冬のメニューがありました。
たまにはー温かいメニューにも挑戦してみます。
お店も混んでましたねー
良いお店です。
"Hegi soba noodles" are the standard in Ojiya, but here we recommend handmade soba noodles and tempura.
We recommend sardine soba for warm soba.
Easy access by train as it is in front of JR Ojiya station.
10/26 Revisited after a long absence
I stopped by because I wanted to eat delicious tempura and delicious handmade soba noodles.
It was delicious as usual.
There was an autumn / winter menu.
Occasionally I will try a warm menu.
The shop was also crowded
It's a good shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ へぎ蕎麦を食べに来たのですが、メニューの手打ちそばにひかれました。蕎麦粉100%でつなぎに布海苔を使ってて、喉越しもコシも良いと書いてあれば注文しちゃうよね〜?結果美味しい❣️ツルコシは弱いけど、美味しい❣️天ぷらもサクサク❣️海老天が一番好きだから海老天が気に入らないとリピートはないけど、こちらのお店は海老天が大きくてプリプリでサクサクでチャンピオン‼️他の天ぷらもサクサクで美味しい‼️塩が付いてくるのも最高❣️蕎麦湯もトロトロで私好み❣️また行きます❣️次はへぎ蕎麦を❣️駅前って事もあるのかお客様は途切れません。

I was there recently with my husband and we ordered soba and tempura, however we realized our train was coming soon and they accommodated us by changing the order to cold instead of hot and gave the tempura for take out. The owner was super nice about everything, I wish I could thank them again for their wonderful service. By the way, the tempura was delicious, the best I ever had.
