近い将来また売れないお店になると思います。

こちらは★１個の評価をつけるか、批判する内容の投稿をすると投稿者以外の人は閲覧出来ないようにしているようです。この投稿も削除されてしまうかもしれませんね。
先日こちらに寄らせていただいたのですが営業の方が非常に感じが悪く、こちらのクチコミを閲覧してみたら良い事ばかり書いてあるのでおかしいと思ったら悪い投稿は隠蔽しているようです。
車は良いと思いましたが営業の方の対応が悪すぎます。
クチコミを操作なんて出来るのでしょうか？他では経験がないのですが他の方も確認してみて教えてください。

I dropped in here the other day, but the business is very bad feeling, I read the word-of-mouth on this review and it's written only good things, so if you think it's strange it seems to be hiding bad posts .
We thought that car was good, but correspondence of sales person is too bad.
How can I control reviews? I have no experience elsewhere, but please check and tell others.

下記の内容を★１個で投稿したら削除されました。悪い評価を削除するなんてかなり悪質ですね。クチコミの意味がないと思います。
数年前のボルボの営業スタイルは初めて来た客が即決しないで帰った場合には必ずどんなに遠くてもその日の夜に客の自宅のポストにお願いの手紙を投函するといったものでした。良くも悪くも一所懸命の営業でした。車検の時にはわざわざ自宅まで案内に来てくれました。
それがXC60、XC40ご営業努力なんかしなくてもバンバン売れるようになってしまい殿様営業へと変わってしまいました。先日ベンツを下取りにと思い訪問したところ営業の山○さんがニヤニヤしなごらXC40は７ヶ月以上納車待ちですがそれでもよろしかったらどいえそぜ、てて少し小馬鹿にした態度で言ってきました。そのままパンフレットをいただいて帰りましたがその後のフォローの電話等々は１度もありません。そんな対応の店で買っても後々が嫌なのでこちらから連絡してまで買う気はありません。
今は売れる商品がたまたまあるからいいですが数年したら売れない店へと戻ると思います。メルセデスベンツと同じで車がいいから売れているだけですから、メルセデスベンツは故障が半端なく多いですが。
本来なら★１個の評価ですが削除されてしまうので★２個としました。また削除するのでしょうか？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引っ越したばかりで修理工場も良く知りませんでしたので、850の修理をご対応頂きました。調べると不具合箇所は、アッセンブリー交換とのこと。予算の都合で関連部品を持ち込みでお願いしました。
しかし、当該箇所の修理は完了したのですが、分解時にブラスチック部品が割れていました。謝罪もなしに『古い車ですからね』と言われショックです。
そりゃそうです。25年も乗ってるんだから。だから安心して任せられるディーラー様にわざわざ行ったわけですよ。ガッカリして高い工賃払いました。
それから３回ぐらい行きましたが、迷惑そうなので、足が遠退きました。車を販売するのが主軸なので仕方ないですかね。店舗は綺麗でした。
