K	Kazuyuki Tsubaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一年半程前に3人掛けの白いソファーを片手位の金額で購入しましたが、一年過ぎた位にソファーの脚が根元から折れました。流石にこれにはビックリして店舗に連絡。ちょうど保証期間の一年が過ぎたところでした。あまり、脚が根元から折れるなんて聞いた事がないと担当の方に繰り返し伝えるも、有償での対応となってしまうとの事。修理代は購入額の約半分程。最終的には、担当の方も努力してくれたものの、有料での対応は変わらずでした。購入したソファーは、かなりの売れ筋品と言ってましたので今回のような事例が過去にあったのかも確認したところ、初めて事例ですと言われました。負荷のかかる使い方をした訳でもないのにソファーの脚が取付部の土台から折れるなんて事もあるんだなと思いながら残念な結果となりました。最終的に有償対応で修理を依頼しましたが、保証期間が過ぎてすぐであったので、サービスでの無償対応が欲しかったです。残念です。 About a year and a half ago, I bought a white sofa for three people for about one hand, but after a year, the legs of the sofa broke from the root.
