★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 代理店だからなのか、受付、営業共に社員のレベルの低さは否めない。ボルボで車を買われる予定の方は、正規販売店での購入をお勧めいたします。どなたかの↓下のコメントにもありましたが、ダメな対応に気分が悪くなります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019年にこの店舗にボルボ車を売却（下取りではありません）しました。その後、先日同じこの店舗より「お乗りの車の車検時期が近づいてきました」とのDMが届きました。常識的には車を売ったのだから、そのタイミングで登録を削除するのが当然で、先方の明らかなミスです。
放置すれば2年ごとにDMが来てしまい、鬱陶しいので、店舗へ電話をして私の登録を削除するよう依頼しました。店舗には私の電話番号が登録されていたので、着信番号から私を特定したのでしょう。「〇〇様」と応答しました。
そこで上記を説明し、登録を削除するよう依頼したところ「本人確認のためにその車のナンバーを言ってください」と言われたのです。電話番号でこちらを特定しているくせに、本人確認に車のナンバーを言わせるとは。だいたい3年前に売却した車のナンバーをすらすらと言えるのが普通なのでしょうか？慇懃無礼そのものの対応で、深く失望しました。コロナ禍で自家用車の再購入の検討をはじめましたが、ここは絶対に利用しないことを早々に決めました。
We sold a Volvo car to this store in 2019 (not a trade-in). After that, the other day, I received a DM from the same store saying, "The vehicle inspection time for your car is approaching." Common sense is that you sold the car, so it is natural to delete the registration at that time, which is an obvious mistake of the other party.
If left unattended, DM will come every two years, which is annoying, so I called the store and asked to delete my registration. My phone number was registered in the store, so I guess I was identified from the incoming number. I replied "○○ -sama".
So I explained the above and asked to delete the registration, and he said, "Please tell me the number of the car to verify your identity." Even though you specify this by phone number, it is not possible to ask for the car number to verify your identity. Is it normal to say that the number of a car sold about 3 years ago is even? I was deeply disappointed with the response to the politeness itself. I started to consider repurchasing my own car because of the corona, but I decided early on that I would never use it.
