★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新車購入から点検修理までいろいろお世話になってますが、サービスの対応が丁寧でいいです。何処の販売店もそうなのかもしれませんが、営業担当の方が数年ごとにどんどん替わるのが面倒くさいです。せっかく話の通じる人だったのが知識の薄い人になったり、ここ10年で4人目くらいかな。
We have taken care of everything from purchasing a new car to inspecting and repairing, but the service is polite. This may be the case at any retailer, but it's cumbersome for sales people to change every few years. The person who was able to communicate with me became a person with little knowledge, or maybe the fourth person in the last 10 years.

駐車場で駐車待ちしているが店員からの誘導は一切無し。それどころか店員の方が我先に入庫したいらしくこちらを後回しにして入庫していく。
第一印象は入庫の時点から決まっていくと思うんですがそういったことは全然気にしていないのかなと。
