一見さんで修理出して、後日そこは直っていたが、その帰り道の運転中にクーラーが突然利かなくなり車内の熱気がすごくさらに警告灯がついた。すぐに車を停めて連絡したら、それ以上動かさないでと言われた。その後50分くらい待たされて、整備士の方と営業?の方が現場に来てくれたが、エンジンルームを見るなりこれは今回の修理の場所とは関係ないですねと自分たちの弁明ばかり。元々ボンネット開けていじってるならこの故障と関連する可能性を否定できないのでは?と伝えたら、それはないですねって。なんで言い切れるの??さらに話してたらそんなこと言ってたら車の修理できませんよときた。それせこくないか?こっちはあなた達を頼るしか選択肢ないじゃん。ましてやそういうリスクあるのわかってたなら、そもそも最初の時点で医者みたいに前もって同意書書かせるなりしろよと。 終始発言は自分たちの保身ばかりで、謝罪もなく、まあこの現場に来た目的は責任が自分たちにないことを伝えるためにも思えた。せめてご迷惑かけたぐらいの言葉はほしかった。 後日、それも修理が完了したと連絡が来て引き取りの際、営業の方が対応してくれるとのことで時間指定された。ちゃんとその時間に引き取りに行ったら、結局受付の女性が対応してくれて、その営業の人は他のお客さんにしばらく接客。また待たされる。挙句の果て乗車して店を出る時も受付の女性のみの見送り。少なくともこれまでの経緯からこっちが不快・不信感持っているのはわかっているはずなのにこの対応は逆にすごいなと。何も感じ取れなかったのだとしたらあの方は営業の素質どうなんだ。 結論は、一見さんにはぞんざいというか大事にしてない感がすごい。 あとサービスを受けてみて、客側が満足できない。もうこの店来たくないが普通で、店側からこいつは一回だけの客だから。面倒な客だ、もう来ないでくださいさようなら感出すなよ。 直してくれたことには感謝。でも残念。誠意不足。あきれた。
