Kind and friendly. Participant in the Volkswagen Dealer Performance Contest National Tournament. This is perfect if you don't have to go through the constant traffic around Machida.

When I asked for a calendar for the next year at the end of last year, I was really told that there was no such thing at this time. That may be true, but I think there are other ways to say it. How about re-educating employees?

某国内大手系のVW店舗の方が近所ですが、わざわざVW東京町田さんまで足を運んだ甲斐がありました。

I was impressed that the nuances of my preferences and lifestyle that I talked to the sales representative in the past were handed over to the next young staff.
We also received close consultations with optional parts for external products, and received accurate advice from the customer's perspective.
大 手 A major domestic VW store is closer to the neighborhood, but there was an armor to VW Tokyo Machida.

屋内は清潔感があり、従業員の出迎え見送り対応も徹底されている。整備内容や、その費用に関しても分かりやすく説明してくれる姿勢に好感を持ち、今後も東京町田を利用するつもりです。
I used to go to a Hiratsuka dealership for many years, but decided to use Machida because I had doubts about the qualifications of maintenance staff and sales staff.
There is a sense of cleanliness indoors, and employees are welcomed to meet and drop off. I like the way the maintenance works and their costs are explained in an easy-to-understand manner, and I plan to continue using Tokyo Machida.
