マスクの替え等用意なく、何の前置きもなく普通にマスクを汚されますのでご注意を。予約の媒体に書いてあるからいちいち言わなくても、の考え方なのかな。 メニューの確認等もほとんど無く切り始められました。 途中不安になったので、パーマですよね?と念押したところ、え、カラーですよね?と。予約時に当日相談したいとしっかり伝えておいたのに伝わっておらず、担当者の思い込みで進められていたようです。 こちらから確認すべきだったかと思い(そんな気を使う美容室イヤですけど)、「今日カラーでも良いですよ」と申し出たけど、イイですよと進めていただけました。そこまでは良かったのだけど。 アドバイスのつもりか?諸々上から目線。 手入れについて教えていただけるのは大歓迎ですが、ほとんどがこれまでの美容室でも聞いていた話なのに、何も知らない客というテイで知識を披露され続けました。 ダメージを気にしている話をしたところ、客がいかに髪の手入れに無頓着かという話を実例交えて延々と。自分で切りましたか?とか自分で染めましたか?と何度も聞かれる。いいえ、と言っているのに何度も。前の美容師さんにダメ出ししたかったんですかね。前の美容室に不満があってきたと思われたのかも。ちゃんと確かめてからそういう会話にして欲しかったですね、前の美容師さんとても気に入っていたけどお店が移転したので仕方なく次を探していただけなのだから。 クロスの掛け方、椅子の案内や洗い方等色々と雑。次にどんな動きをして良いか分かりづらい。トイレの確認も無し。とにかく何事においても確認が全然無し。 最後には予約内容にダメ出し。いやだから実際に始める前に普通はメニュー確認するでしょ。。しかもこちらから気を遣ってカラーのままでも良いですよと譲歩案まで出したのに。終わり時間も全く聞かれなかったし。最近の美容室には無い不行き届きのオンパレード。ここに書ききれないほどの不愉快な思いをしました。 いろんなところで口コミ見て、長年やっていらして評判の良い感じがしたのでかなり期待して行ったのですが。 逆に今までの美容室がどこも行き届いていたんだなとありがたく感じました。 繁盛しているのは確かで、常連さんらしき人たちと密な空間で大いに会話されていました。私の担当がハズレだったのかも。腕は普通だしコスパ良く感じたので接客度外視の方にはオススメできるかも。でもあまりの口コミ評価の高さとのギャップがすごく、あえて星1にしました。 癒されに行くはずの美容室で不愉快になったのは人生初。居心地悪くて一刻も早く出たかったです。仕事の関係で駅近が助かり行き付けにするつもりで利用してみましたが、二度と行きません。
