My child immediately hit a friend, hyperactivity, slow language, etc. were noticeable in the nursery school, and I was introduced to this by the Suginami Ward Child Development Counseling Center and started going to the office. For about a year, my parents also participated and worked on tasks such as crafts and rhythms in a small group of about 3 to 5 people. The teacher also followed me, and even if I hit my friend, he said "I wanted to do ●●, let's go ●●" without blaming the child. It was. Since I got into trouble quickly in the park, I avoided the popularity and let the children play with my friends with peace of mind, which was a support to my heart. The person in charge also kindly advised me. Parents and children have been separated since they were young. However, from around this time, the person in charge changed and the quality of service changed completely. I made a request for cooperation with a nursery school and words and reading and writing in individual guidance, but he did not prompt me to make a phone call many times, and even if I asked for the content of individual guidance and asked questions, "I can read and write. Hey, ”he answered, and he consulted with his boss and left it as it was without any feedback on the proposal. The content of the group was almost the same as when I first joined, and it was something that could only be called inertia. The story of visiting the nursery school did not progress during the year, and I was rushed to enter elementary school, so I decided to change to another facility. At present, children with moderate or mild developmental disabilities have become important institutions such as visiting the gardens with private nursing facilities as the core and reporting the current situation for school attendance. Other facilities have pamphlets about what kind of menus there are for individuals and groups, and explain and specify in an easy-to-understand manner. It wasn't here. When I asked questions about development, I didn't have any convincing explanations, advice, or test suggestions. I think that the difference in motivation and ability depending on the person in charge makes a big difference in the quality of service. In addition, I think that facilities that cannot teach and educate them are also immature. Even if there is a system and qualified boxes, I think it is meaningless unless the staff there take seriously the problems of children. I don't want a fashionable cafe (it was always black when I wiped the table).
