通い始めてから、冷えも改善された気がします。
マグマスパもめっちゃ気持ちいいです！
スタッフさんも優しいです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ インストラクターの客への媚びがひどい。自分のクラスにきてほしいがためにという印象を受け、本業の方はおろそかで下手な指導をしている。ヨガとは言えない指導をしている先生が半数以上いる。下手すると体を痛めるのではないだろうか。
全体的に他のジムやヨガ教室と違い、異様なくらい客にコントロールされているような印象を受けるので、あまりおすすめしない。
総じて言えば、中年女性が多く、溜まり場といった感じである。
金を持った暇な中年女性から、金をとれれば良いのかもしれないので、限界はあるだろう。
本格的ヨガをしたい方には勧めない。
The instructor's love for customers is terrible. I was given the impression that I wanted them to come to my class, and the people who do their main business are neglected and poorly trained. More than half of the teachers teach less than yoga. If you do it poorly, you may hurt yourself.
Unlike other gyms and yoga classes, I don't recommend it because it feels strangely controlled by guests.
Generally speaking, there are many middle-aged women, and it feels like a hangout.
There may be a limit because it may be good if the middle-aged woman with money can get the money.
Not recommended for those who want to practice yoga.
