I	Ivan Karanfilovski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice small mall that has fallen victim to the super big LaLaPort. Still some nice shops inside, great children's playroom, super music store and a interesting food court. do stop by if you have time after shopping in LaLaPort or IKEA.

The book off has a huge clothing, baby supplies, sports and entertainment selection and the nitori is great for tourists interested in some Japanese housewares and decorative touches without spending a lot of money. Easy walk to many dining options and very near to a huge ikea - largest I've ever seen. Pay for parking at reasonable rates, crowded or not we've always gotten a non-roof spot. Pretty nice spot for tourists wanting to mall crawl and sample chain style restaurants but don't expect many English speakers or services - it's not a mainstream tourist location but totally manageable. Nursing and changing facilities aren't as available as in larger or more recently built malls but it's comparable to or better than those in similar malls in the US.

After a lot of turn-over and empty stores, it's settled into some interesting big stores like Hard Off and services like schools. It's not worth the trip unless you're going specifically for one of the stores or you're already in the neighbourhood.

There's a bike shop with bicycles of varying prices (from a few hundred dollars to upwards of 10,000 dollars), a fantastic thrift store, good grocery shopping and many other stores. The location of the Vivit building is nice too, being as close as it is to the Port of Funabashi.
J	John White on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice mid sized shopping centre with a book off bazaar, which is like a big flea market. There is a gym, supermarket, drugstore, Dipper Dan ice cream, a bakery, and lots of space to walk around without being overly crowded.
P	Pj Basto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So you will spend a lot of time inside the book off where you can buy cheap used items ? there's a food court that offers udon,burgers,etc and nitori,other cheap house item stores, there's nishi matsuya for cheap children clothes, so this department store is cheap and suit for family who doesn't want to spend much.highly recommended.locationwise,lalaport is just on the other side of the rode so if ever you change plan it's possible :)
