★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前は通い放題のジムに入会してましたが、いつでも行けると思うと逆にサボってしまって続きませんでした。ここは曜日と時間を決めて習慣的に通えるし、予定に合わせて変更も自由なので、無理なく2年近く続けられてます。トレーニング中はインストラクターさんがついてアドバイスしてくれるので、自己流でやってた時より短時間でしっかり手応えが感じられて、気持ちいいし楽しいです!一人で黙々と何時間も鍛えたい人には向かないと思いますが、短い時間で効率よくトレーニングしたい人にはオススメです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ジムに通う曜日と時間が決まっているので、続けやすいです。少人数だし、トレーナーさんが必ず付いてくださるので、分からない事など何でも尋ねられます。通い始めて、 1年と少し。肩こりが楽になりましたし、3Kg減量!これからも、頑張ります?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何件かジム等に通いましたが、今まで通った中で1番続けやすさと効果を実感しています。
週2回の決められた回数で生活のリズムに合わせやすく、振替も翌月迄有効と区切りが有る事でかえって無駄にせず、しっかり通って消化しようと思えます。
大型ジムでは自分で効果を出せず、パーソナルジムは会費が高く手が出しづらかったのですが、こちらのジムは少人数制で目も行き届いて、動きの指摘をトレーナーの皆様が積極的にして下さいます。
食事のアドバイスも日々の会話の中でして下さり、勉強になります。
加圧トレーニング等のオプションも有り、チケット制なので気軽に挑戦出来ます。
通いはじめて2ヶ月。体重も落ちて来て効果を実感しています。
