家から近く通いやすくて、スタッフの方々は皆さんフレンドリー親切丁寧に指導して下さるのでとても助かってます。
これからも頑張って通いたいと思ってますので宜しくお願い致します。
Even though I went to various gyms, it didn't last long.
It is easy to get close to the house, and the staff are very helpful because they are very friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 運動が苦手で体力もなかったですが、一つ一つ丁寧に指導して下さるおかげで少しずつ体力もついてきて感謝してます。個々に合わせて指導して下さるので安心して続ける事ができてます。

当たり前のようにスマホをいじって長時間占拠。（そういうやつに限って大したトレーニングをしてない）
スタッフに言っても対応は無しでパソコンを弄るだけ。故に利用者が舐めているのでしょうが。
他を探すことをお勧めします。
The quality of users is low.
Take it for a long time by playing with your smartphone as a matter of course. (I haven't done much training only for those guys)
Even if I tell the staff, there is no response and I just play with the computer. Therefore, the user may be licking it.
I encourage you to look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一通りの用具は揃っていて、且つトレッドミルには全てTVが備え付けてある上、Wi-fiも完備しているので、気持ちよく運動出来る環境は整っています。男性用シャワーブースが１つしかありませんが、使っている人は少ないのでが、被ることは穂とありません。
All the equipment is available, and the treadmill is equipped with a TV and Wi-fi, so you can exercise comfortably. There is only one men's shower booth, but few people use it, but they don't wear it.
