★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 管理会社が糞。来客者が来客用の駐車場に車を止める際もわざわざ特定の役員居住者に連絡して入口の門の鍵を開けて貰わないと止めることも叶わない。また、鍵の番号は役員しか知らない筈なのに会費を払ってる？居住者にしか番号を教えない閉鎖的な居住者ばかり。月極駐車場の管理も、管理会社ではなく居住者役員。自治会は無くなった筈なのに新たな会が発足してる。ドロドロしてる感じが嫌。ゴミを出すと、態々中身を開けて確認してる輩も居る。
