ア	アイ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建物自体は、5階か6階ほどあり、屋上にも展望台があるような感じでした。ただ、4階以上に行く場合は、入館料がかかるようで、1階の受付で入館料を払うシステムでした。個人的には、400円（入館料、2021/10/19現在）を払っても良いかな、と思える内容でした。様々な展示がしてありそれなりに楽しめました。3階に展望台のようなものはありますが、木や草などが若干邪魔して見づらかったのに対して、屋上などからの眺めは、遮るものがほとんどなく、良い眺めでした。屋上に行く前のフロアには、双眼鏡のようなもの（単眼鏡というのでしょうか）があり、ある程度遠くの生物も見えました。入館料を払っているからだと思いますが、無料でこの単眼鏡を利用できました。 3階には、カフェのようなものもあるので、そこで休憩もできるようです。建物の外観も、かなり面白い作りをしているので、建物を見て楽しむのも良いと思います。 The building itself was on the 5th or 6th floor, and it felt like there was an observatory on the roof. Personally, I thought it would be okay to pay 400 yen (admission fee, as of October 19, 2021). There were various exhibits and I enjoyed it as it was. There is something like an observatory on the 3rd floor, but it was hard to see because of the trees and grass, but the view from the roof was almost unobstructed and it was a good view. On the floor before going to the rooftop, there was something like binoculars (maybe monoculars), and I could see creatures far away to some extent. I think it's because I paid the admission fee, but I was able to use these monoculars for free. There is also a cafe on the 3rd floor, so you can take a break there. The exterior of the building is also quite interesting, so I think it's good to see the building and enjoy it.

く	くたねこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 周りに何もないので(笑)とにかく景色が良いですね！旧豊栄市街が見え、山が見え、放水路、潟、春には菜の花畑や桜並木、野鳥も沢山いますね。一階には水槽があって、民芸品？とか…お土産がいろいろうっています。階段と、エレベーターがありますが、階段を登っていくのが楽しいと思います。トイレがなんだか不思議な雰囲気です。なんというか…船の中のような…？上に喫茶店があります。一度だけ母と利用したことがありますが、美味しかったです。駐車場は広いのでけっこう沢山停められます。 There is nothing around (laughs), so the scenery is nice! The 4th floor and above are paid zones, and 400 yen is required. Even if you don't use the stairs, you can easily go upstairs by following the sloped passage. There is also an elevator.
今	今井武史 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 晴れた日は散歩にうってつけです。タワー3階の喫茶スペースが陽射しが入って休憩に、読書にぴったり。4階から有料ですので1階の受付で料金支払って上がって下さい。道挟んでキャンプ場も有り親子連れで賑わってました。ちょっとした遊具も設置されているので小さいお子さんのいる親御さんはのんびり過ごすのに良いと思います。釣りしてる人達も沢山見掛けました。長閑な休日を！ It's perfect for a walk on a sunny day. The cafe space on the 3rd floor of the tower is perfect for reading, for a break with sunlight. There is a charge from the 4th floor, so please pay the fee at the reception on the 1st floor. There was a campsite across the road and it was crowded with parents and children. A little playset is also installed, so parents with small children will find it good to spend a relaxing time. I saw a lot of people fishing. Have a quiet holiday!

English translations for some exhibits are available via qr code. The wetlands are a lovely walk with rape flowers in the spring, and a birdwatching station.
