A facility attached to the Suwon Magistrate's Office. Inside, there is an introduction to Suwon Town, a diorama, and a video, which is very helpful. It doubles as the gate of the next daikansho, and you pay the entrance fee here. However, the museum itself is free, so you can feel at ease.
