大	大平美穂 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本当は、★1もつけたくありません。ここで紹介された物件で騒音問題があり、ことの経緯の連絡をしました。一切返答はなく、無視でした。今後ここで契約する方へ助言します。 1.)契約書の特約事項がありましたら、よく理解し、1つでも疑問に思ったことは聞いほうがよいとおもいます。(説明がずさんで、退去する際に気づくことがありました。) 2.急いで物件をお探しの方は本当に気をつけて下さい。複数内覧を希望したのですが、不動産の都合により、見れず、確認できた物件で決断すると失敗します。(私がそうだったからです。) 東京にきて10年以上ですが、こんなにも物件に失敗したのは初めてです。1年未満での引っ越し。今回は、友人と知人を頼りに、本当に信頼できる不動産を紹介してもらい、新しく契約できました。ここの不動産は、Google上で、★4以上ですが、新しい投稿記事だけでなく、過去の記事も絶対に参考にしたほうがよいです。(過去の記事であてはまることが多かったのが理由です。) 全ての物件が問題があるとはいません。しかし、紹介したからには、それなりに責任があり、誠実に問題と向き合うべきではないでしょうか。ただ仲介手数料家賃の1.0ヶ月分をとり、それが紹介料としての対価なのでしょうか。そしたら、数ある不動産の中、ここを選びません。2度とここの不動産は利用しません。 Actually, I don't want to add ★ 1.
