コロナの影響で来る人数は減りましたマスク着用で営業してます(コロナ中は駐車場で一部練習あり)
マスク着用の関係で肺活量アップ(笑)
子供、女性なども来店されて(大歓迎です)
プロなども歓迎ですが コロナの影響で試合出来ずにモチベーション維持が どうかと
キックボクシングしつつ ストレス発散!
近所の大手のスポーツジムとかで運動するのが金額的と施設は勝てないですが(笑)
定休日 水曜日:日曜日(コロナ時。日曜日自主トレあり)
サンドバッグ,ミット打ちたいならオススメしますが
