★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 婚約指輪の下見に行きました。彼と行く前に友人と。その日に買うつもりがない客にはとても失礼な態度の店員でした。探しているのに声かけもない、パンフレットありますか？と聞くとはい、とだけ。最終いりますか？と言われましたが、いらなかったら聞かないですよね。やる気がないなら店頭に立たずバックヤードにでもいたらいかがですか？不愉快でした。デザインが好きで第一候補で見に行きましたが、二度とここで商品を買うつもりはありせん。その日に商品を購入しないお客様にこそ丁寧な接し、次回のご来店を促すのがプロだと思います。笑顔なしやる気なし店員はいらないです。
