I used it for the first time, but I was relieved by the polite response. Also, I asked for the stains on the ink marks on the ballpoint pen, but it was completely removed and the finish was very satisfying. I definitely want to use it again!

洋服の仕上がりがホントに美しい。
ジャケットは立体形状のハンガーに吊るして渡してくれるほどこだわってくれます。
10年愛用した毛布、他所のお店で何度もクリーニングしたけど、全体にうっすらとついた汚れがとれなくて、川村さんにお願いしたら、新品同様になって戻ってきてビックリ！
プライドを持って全力で仕事をしているのが、仕上げた物から伝わってきます。
私はクリーニングはもうこのお店だけ。安心してお任せできます。
