★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全くの初診で受付の流れを確認するために電話しました。すると、電話に出た受付嬢から「うちでは紹介状がないと診れません」と断られました。
療養の給付を受けるためになぜ紹介状が必須なのでしょうか。医療法や健康保険法等の法規則にそのような規程は存在しませんし、紹介状がなければ診察拒否という運用をしている医療機関など他に見たことがありません。
何よりもその受付嬢の態度が最悪で、心療内科を標榜している診療所職員の態度とは思えないような、終始威圧的な態度でものすごく腹が立ちました。
以上の経緯より、★１つの価値すらありません。
I called to confirm the reception flow at the first visit. Then, the receptionist who answered the phone refused, "I can't see you without a letter of introduction."
Why is a letter of introduction required to receive medical treatment benefits? There are no such regulations in the medical law, health insurance law, and other laws and regulations, and I have never seen any other medical institution that refuses medical examinations without a letter of referral.
Above all, the receptionist's attitude was the worst, and I was very angry with the intimidating attitude that I could not think of as the attitude of the clinic staff advocating psychosomatic medicine.
From the above background, there is not even one value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 紹介状も必要なし､初診でしたが問題なく受け入れて頂きました。診察もじっくりと不安な事等を聞いていただけたので、他の方からすれば待ち時間が長いと思われるのだと思います。再診の方は、待ち時間の目安を聞いたりすると、きちんと対応されていました。
私の印象では信頼出来るクリニックです。
これからの治療になるので、先ずは星4で…。

先生はきさくに話せる、とても良い先生です。安心して通うことが出来ます。
ただ、確かに極々一部の受付の方の対応が気になることはあります。
まあ、どの病院も完全完璧なんてあり得ませんからね。
