どうやらネットに疎い地元民が、東図書館のそばの高級レストランと聞いて、ここだと思う人が多いのと、過去に接客で不満を感じた人が「モノリスサイテーだな」と言った事で地元に広まってしまった様です。

Farewell we were allowed to use in the welcome meeting. There was a wedding hall, there was a hospitality, cuisine was good (* ^ - ^ *) It was awesome as I directed the fountain with the last greeting closed.
