★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マイナンバーカードが有るにもかかわらず、書面での転出証明・印鑑登録処理にされてしまい、転入届先での処理に非常に時間を費やし、係員も「何故カード処理しなかったのですか？？？」と憤慨してましたので「文句言いたいのはコチラ！後は宇都宮市役所員に文句言ってくれ！」です。
いずれにせよ以前からマイナンバーカードに関わる処理に非常に不慣れな役所でした。
Even though I have my number card, I was forced to process the move-out certificate and seal registration in writing, so I spent a lot of time processing at the move-in notification address, and the staff asked, "Why didn't you process the card? I was indignant, so I said, "I want to complain here! After that, complain to the Utsunomiya City Hall staff!"
In any case, it has always been a very unfamiliar office for processing related to My Number Card.
