絶景も富士山も諦めて、日本一のソフトクリームを食べて下山していたら目の前に富士山が！
これだけで行った甲斐がありました。
山の神様ありがとうございました。
登山道は高山植物が可愛らしかったです。
紅葉も始まっていました。
秋の晴れた日にまた行きたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場から歩いて15分くらいのところにあります。自称、日本一おいしい牛乳だけでねった手作りソフトクリームが売っています。日本一じゃなかったけど美味しかったです。高原牛乳もあるみたいです。ソフトクリーム買って二階に、行きました。天気わるかったので景色が残念だったけど晴れた時は、最高に景色いいと思います。周辺は、高原植物があって花が咲いていました。
It is about a 15-minute walk from the parking lot. Self-proclaimed, handmade soft serve ice cream made with only the most delicious milk in Japan is on sale. It wasn't the best in Japan, but it was delicious. There seems to be plateau milk as well. I bought soft serve ice cream and went upstairs. The scenery was disappointing because the weather was bad, but when it's sunny, I think the scenery is the best. There were alpine plants in the surrounding area and flowers were in bloom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場からの最短ルートが補修工事で2022/5/31までは迂回ルートになります。
数分、土の道を歩きそのあと木材と枕木の階段をずっと上がっていきます。
途中から素晴らしい景色が見えて、来てよかった！と心から思えました。
人も少なく、展望台自体には何もないけど素敵な景色を堪能すればそれだけで十分です。
※2022/4/1以降でないと管理側の人間が来ないようなのでPのトイレは使用できません。

I'm glad I came because I could see a wonderful view from the middle! I thought from the bottom of my heart.
There are few people and there is nothing on the observatory itself, but it is enough if you enjoy the wonderful scenery.
* P's toilet cannot be used because it seems that a person on the management side will not come until 2022/4/1 or later.

冬季は車で上がって行けませんが、観光案内所に駐車し、10分程度階段を上がっていくと富士山が見える。
素晴らしい〜最高の景色ですo(≧▽≦)o

You can't go up by car in winter, but if you park at the tourist information center and go up the stairs for about 10 minutes, you can see Mt. Fuji.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 八ヶ岳連峰から遠くに南アルプス、富士山が見られる絶景の場所です。自慢のソフトクリームもとっても美味しいです。しかも安い！清泉寮からバスでと思ったのですが、路線が無かったので徒歩で30分登ってきました。
It is a place where you can see the Southern Alps and Mt. Fuji in the distance from the Yatsugatake mountain range. The soft serve ice cream that we are proud of is also delicious. And it's cheap! I thought I would take a bus from Seisen-ryo, but since there was no route, I climbed for 30 minutes on foot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 清里を訪れたときには、併設された売店の美味しいソフトクリームを求め、下の駐車場に車を停めて登ってくる。山でもスキー場でも標高が高くなるにつれて物価が上がるのが普通だが、清泉寮、ココの下の駐車場の売店、ココの売店と標高が上がるにつれて、ソフトクリームの値段が安くなっていた。しかも、使用している牛乳は同一とのことらしい。ソフトクリーム目当てでなくても、眺望が良く気持ちの良いところなので、一度訪れる価値はあると思う。
When I visited Kiyosato, I parked my car in the parking lot below and climbed up in search of delicious soft serve ice cream from the shop. Prices usually go up as the altitude goes up in the mountains and ski resorts, but the price of soft serve ice cream goes down as the altitude goes up, such as Seisen-ryo, the parking lot shop under Coco, and Coco's shop. Moreover, it seems that the milk used is the same. Even if you're not looking for soft serve ice cream, it's a pleasant place with a nice view, so I think it's worth a visit.
