一匹狼のおっさん が多く鬱で休職、退職する人が多いいです。怒号、蹴りなど今の時代ではありえないくらい日常的にあります。
あと過労死レベルではたらけます。
朝は30ぷん前に来ないと怒鳴られ、夜は２３時まで残業させられます。金は稼げますが人生棒に振ります
