★ ★ ★ ★ ★ つけ麺を頂いたが、麺が出る2分程前にスープが出されて、そこに海苔が2.3枚入っていた。
食べる頃にはしなしなになっているのは当然、ワカメとチャーシューは許せるけど、海苔は麺の上に乗せて出してほしい。
麺とスープの味は普通。
常連客らしき人達で賑わっていたが、二度目の訪問は無いでしょうね。
 I had tsukemen, but the soup was served about 2 minutes before the noodles came out, and there were 2.3 sheets of seaweed in it.
Of course, wakame seaweed and char siu are acceptable by the time you eat them, but I want you to put the seaweed on top of the noodles.
The taste of noodles and soup is normal.
It was crowded with people who seemed to be regular customers, but I don't think it will be the second visit.

ネギチャーシュー麺が食べたかったのですが残念ながらチャーシュー売り切れでネギラーメンを注文
好みは聞かれなかったのですが他のお客さんは硬め油少な目など注文時に伝えてました
10分ほどで出来上がりスープを飲むと懐かしい味、東京醤油ラーメンの懐かしさではなくラーショの元祖の味と言った所です
熊の手の入ったガツンとした味ではありませんが飽きのこないラーメンでした
店主のお父さんがカウンターに丼を置く時にプルプル震えていて落としそうだったのでいつまで現役か分かりませんが頑張って貰いたいと思います

When you drink the finished soup in about 10 minutes, it has a nostalgic taste, not the nostalgia of Tokyo soy sauce ramen, but the original taste of rasho.
It wasn't a savory taste with bear paws, but it was a timeless ramen.
When the owner's father put the bowl on the counter, he was trembling and was about to drop it, so I don't know how long he will be active, but I would like him to do his best.

12:35頃訪問。
先客２名。
ネギらーめん¥850
厨房は女性と、店主歴40〜50年の男性
麺茹でる鍋に火が入っていない為着火し、グツグツと沸騰してから女性が麺投入。
しばらくし店主男性が登場し丼を用意しスープ作り開始。
スープ完成…。
麺茹でてグツグツ…
沸騰…
ようやく麺上げ…
湯切りした？
麺はぶよんぶよん……
スープはぬるくて塩っぱい…
味は美味いんだけどな〜
今回は残念感が混ざってしまいました。
またリベンジしたい。
味薄め、麺硬めで。
ご馳走様でした。

The taste is delicious though ~
This time I got mixed with regret.
I want to revenge again.
Lighter taste and harder noodles.
It was a treat.

古くからあるラーショ。
店内もだいぶくたびれた感があるコの字カウンター。
券売機はなく口頭で注文。
高齢のオヤジさんが厨房で、やはり高齢女性とお二人で切り盛り。
こちらの「味噌」は味噌が主張しているタイプで、他のラーショにはない。
濃くがあり私的には好み。
チャーシューも美味しい。
大通りに面していてガテン系の利用が多いが、近所の家族もよく来ます。
オヤジさんの足を引きずりながらのオペレーションで、心配になるが味はいい。
なるべく長く営業して欲しい。

An elderly man is in the kitchen, and he and an elderly woman work together.
This "miso" is the type that miso claims, and is not found in other rasho.
It's dark and I personally like it.
The char siu is also delicious.
It faces the main street and is often used by Gaten, but families in the neighborhood often come.
I'm worried about the operation while dragging my father's legs, but the taste is good.

優しい味だと私には感じます。
チャーシューは、しっかり味です。
店内はキレイとは言えませんが
常連さんが多い様子なのは
美味しいからでしょう。
駐車場は無さそうです。
徒歩圏内にコインパーキングあります。
店内喫煙可能なようです。(灰皿あり)
調理者は年配者です。
優しさがにじみ出ています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この雰囲気が楽しめない人は行くべきではないね（笑）麺茹ではデフォルトで柔めで油は多め。しかし頼むからおいちゃんマスクしておくれー（笑）常連さんもマスクせずに大声で談笑。しばらく来ません。

店の構えが少々年季入りすぎてて怖いですが、人当たりの良い年配の大将が迎えてくれました。
ラインナップもトッピングも定番で、かなり安心感。値段も同等。
他店との違いがあるとすると、かなり味は濃いめで、チャーシューも塩味が強めです。
スープに入っている刻みチャーシューの量も多いので、ガテン系や工場職員の方々は喜ぶタイプ。
中にしたら、器ギリギリまでスープ入ってました（笑）カウンター越しに受け取るのが怖かった。
味が濃いってことは、ワカメラーメンにすると丁度良いかも…と次回に繋げようと思います。
駐車場は無し、近くに有料も無いですが、ラーメンの提供時間も早いことから、大半のお客様が目の前に路駐されている様子です。
その際は当然、自己責任でお願いします。
