オーダー時に好みを言おうとしたら大将から「普通？」と食い気味に言われ、「オススメなのか？」と思いそのままオーダー。
中盛オーダーしたのだが「はい、普通」とオーダー間違い。違うというと謝りもせず。
10分後着丼。麺…普通ですか？結構硬い。
スープはサラッと飲みやすいタイプ。本店、東門前店と少し違う。ほうれん草は生で香りと食感はしっかりしている。チャーシューはごく普通。
本店再確認しに行くかな〜ご馳走さま。

When I tried to say my preference when ordering, the general asked me "normal?" And I thought "Is it recommended?" And ordered as it was.
I made a middle order, but I made a mistake saying "Yes, normal". I didn't apologize if it wasn't.
10 minutes later donburi. Noodles ... is it normal? It's pretty hard.
The soup is a smooth and easy-to-drink type. It's a little different from the main store and the East Gate store. Spinach is raw and has a strong aroma and texture. Char siu is very common.
I wonder if I'm going to reconfirm the main store ~ Feast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここは他の家系とは違い、最初のインパクトでガツンとした味は感じないかもしれませんが、スープにコクを感じます。不思議と何度も何度も食べたくなります。
ラーメンは鶏油が膜になって綺麗な見た目。
トッピングも色々とあり、面白くて茎わかめが結構人気みたいです。自分はいつも固め濃いめに味玉、コーン→半分食べ進んだところで卓上のニンニクを追加投入します。スープに浸した海苔とほうれん草とライスをチャーシューで丸め込んでかきこむのもオススメです！笑

There are various toppings, and it seems that the wakame seaweed is quite popular. I always add garlic on the table when I have eaten half of the taste balls and corn. It is also recommended to roll the seaweed, spinach and rice soaked in the soup with char siu and squeeze it in! Lol

好みを最初に聞いてくれます。麺硬めで注文○
麺は中太ストレート麺です○
好みの麺硬めもちょうど良い硬さでした○
スープはとても完成されています○
脂が多めな感じですがコッテリではない◎
スープは全部飲み干してしまいました◎
チャーシューはバラで下味無しで柔らかい○
ほうれん草も多めに入ってます○
海苔の厚みもかなりあってしっかりしてます○
テーブル調味料も各種取り揃えてあります○
胡椒、おろしニンニクはとても合います○

駐車場は無いので近くのコインパ利用です△
何度か訪れてもお休みが多かったので今回は3度目でやっと食べられました。とても美味しかったのでまた伺わせていただきます。

結構前に一度伺ってからずっと行けてなく、たまたま行く機会ができたのでお昼で伺いました！！
12時20分頃にお店に着いたら私達含めて3組待ってたので、やっぱり人気店と実感！！
それもそのはずだって美味しいですもん✨
麺もスープもチャーシューも美味しいんです！！
麺は少しちぢれ麺でスープにしっかり絡んでパクパク食べれて、チャーシューは柔らかくでもスッキリした後味で私は食べれるイメージです✨
ノリもいっぱいでご飯と一緒にパクリ！！
今回はあえて全部普通で食べたんですが、やっぱりスープは濃いめで次回から頼みます！！
駅からもそんなに離れてるわけではないので
鶴見駅に来たら是非食べてほしい一杯です！！
また行きます✨✨

When I arrived at the store around 12:20, I was waiting for 3 groups including us, so I realized that it was a popular store! !!
That should be delicious too ✨
The noodles, soup and char siu are delicious! !!
The noodles are a little small and entwined with the soup so that you can eat them crisply, and the char siu has a soft but refreshing aftertaste that I can eat.
It's full of glue and it's packed with rice! !!
This time I dared to eat everything normally, but after all the soup is thick and I will order it from the next time! !!
It ’s not that far from the station, so
If you come to Tsurumi Station, you should definitely try it! !!

＋味玉トッピング
を頂きました、
表面が油の膜でおおわれていて、
脂っこいのかと思いきや、
美味しく油でした、
バランスの良いラーメン?
でした、
美味しいです‼️
味玉の半熟加減も良かったです、
味を濃いめにしたのですが、
多分普通の方が良かったと
思います、
感染対策もバッチリで、
安心して美味しく頂きました。
