青	青木孝文 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019年11月7日(木)に広島流お好み焼き七夜を訪れました。お店の造りは1階にカウンター席とテーブル席があり、2階にお座敷があります。客層は老若男女幅広く、店内ではJAZZが流れていて大画面テレビをつけられていました。鉄板の前のカウンター席に着きました。春日部B級グルメ!春日部大凧焼を食しました。春日部では大凧あげ祭りが毎年5月に江戸川の河川敷で行われています。その大凧を模したお好み焼きです。春日部大凧焼は税抜420円で緑茶が税抜210円であり、合計で税込690円でした。冷たい緑茶は清涼感があり風味が良いです。春日部大凧焼はカウンター席の目の前で焼いてくれました。四角い型に入れながら具材などを入れてゆきます。最後に型を外してひっくり返して表側を焼いていました。仕上げにたっぷりのソースと青海苔をかけてマヨネーズで「大凧」と書かれて完成です。春日部大凧焼の具材はタコ、キャベツ、紅生姜などです。タコは噛みしめるほどに味わいがあります。ソースは濃いめで甘辛く後を引きます。マヨネーズや青海苔で食欲はさらに増します。生地はねっとりフワフワとした食感です。リーズナブルで美味しかったです。 On Thursday, November 7, 2019, I visited the Hiroshima-style Okonomiyaki Seven Nights.
