k	k u on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方も書かれていますが、対応が悪すぎます。入居者側ですが、トラブルに全く対応しない。HPには入居者の権利についてやらトラブル時の対応について書いてあるのに... 夜中に喧嘩したり騒音を出す人がいても、全部屋の注意喚起だけでそれ以上はしてくれません。「直接注意に言った方がいいですよ。僕も管理会社対応してくれない時はそうしたので〜」なんて言ってくる担当者もいるくらいです。大家さんから管理業務を委託されているのに、賃貸契約書の禁止行為に当てはまる人にも注意しない。工事の連絡すらまともに入れてこず、急に業者の方が来られた時もありました。部屋を契約するまでは親切だっただけに残念でした。契約さえしてしまえば、入居者がどんな人だろうと関係ない、部屋でどんなトラブルがあっても知らない、という感じなんでしょうね。 Other person is written, but correspondence is too bad.
