Best Okonomiyaki restaurant in japan

H	H B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve eaten Okonomiyaki all over Japan and often cook it ourselves at home. This is the best Okonomiyaki we’ve had. The texture, flavor, food was fresh and not overloaded with sauce. It was handled beautifully and the staff was very friendly. A few tips: - English menu available - counter seating + a few tables to cook it yourself - if traveling in hot weather, do not count on it being a place to cool down. The hot griddles and small space make it very warm inside, maybe best for cooler weather eats. - smoking allowed and not separated, so if you are sensitive to smoke, be aware. But it was not “smokey” inside.

But I got the minced beef (because I don't like seafood) and unfortunately it still tasted very fishy. It could be because of one of the dry spices on the table that I put on it or maybe it's because the grill they cook it on is cooking fish all day...or maybe it actually has fish in it (the description in the menu is all Japanese so I can't tell if it's supposed to be like that). Anyway for me it was inedible but my gf said hers was ok. She likes seafood though.

We entered , sat down and watch the menu... it's in english so we ordered one with minced meat. It is prepared in front of you. Taste was good and not to much sauce... to spice it up you can have some chilli pepper.

At this restaurant I tried a really nice and tasty moranyaki ? The staff will prepare it right in front of you... I tried this dish in many other places but this one was really tasty... not just like a flour flavor ???? they have menu in English also so no problem for foreigners... The staff also is very kind ? I recommend this restaurant for who is in the area... It is near to ebisucho station, take the exit 3 and the restaurant will be 100m on the left side ??
