いろいろ入っていないとの事ですが、本当にたまごと甘い砂糖と、と複雑な感じではない味でほっとします。癒されたいときに食べたいおやつです。
他のクッキーやカップケーキもシンプルでおいしいいのですが、米ぬかクラッカーが私の中ではツボです。

甘さ控えめで食感も良く美味しかった♪

お店のHPによると、地元子母口の森正養鶏所の産みたて卵と熊本産小麦粉を使って作ったタマゴ感の強いシフォンケーキらしい。
シフォンケーキとしては珍しい王冠の形をしたシフォンケーキなのですが、特筆すべきなのは、ケースから出した瞬間、プルンプルンっと揺れてますw
