★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日頃、利用する駅ですが長らくこのお店のことは知りませんでした。たまたま、帰りがけに寄り何気なく買ったチョコレートケーキがおいしかったため、その後、何度か買いましたがケーキは全般的にうまい！今や、ケーキを買うときは定番のお店になりました。比較的夜遅くまでやっているのもありがたいです。会社帰りに重宝してます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ファクトリー・シン（心、あるいはシンケールス：ラテン語で誠実）のフレルさぎぬま店。 洋菓子・スイーツの街、神戸 三宮から来た新しいお店、新鮮な姿勢で評価されているお店。生クリーム洋菓子、ゼリー、プリン、ロールケーキ、焼菓子。ここでは春や秋冬、桜の風味や父の日、母の日など季節の彩りに工夫した洋菓子かな、と思いました。
味は、フルーツゼリー菓子の味は果物味が濃くて、ショートケーキのスポンジケーキの味わいは不思議にサッパリ、銀の粒アザランも固くない工夫、でも店頭には何も書いてないから買って食べてみるまで知らなかった。
フレルさぎぬま 内では工房をお店内に設置できないので店頭販売です。ここでは日付用の色のキレイな数字ロウソクも展示販売されてます。ゼリー生洋菓子が入る使い捨て透明アクリル円筒カップは（株）OZAKI の、有名ホテル、都心有名洋菓子店のカップと同類で高級に感じました。
賞味期間は、箱詰めの焼菓子は3ヶ月くらい、密封パッケージの水菓子／ゼリー詰め合わせなどは１ヶ月くらい、生クリーム洋菓子は当日中、な様子です。日持ちするスイーツは長野工場で作られているそうです。
こちら、フレルさぎぬま 店頭では売れ筋が分かり、売れ筋１番は「トール」というアラザン（銀砂糖粒）がきれいなコンパクトなショートケーキだそうです。
ショーケース内には、朝にはいっぱい並んでいます、晩にはほとんどありません、商品当日処分タイムセールは自分は見かけたことがないです

The shelf life is about 3 months for boxed baked confectionery, about 1 month for sealed packaged water confectionery/jelly assortment, and fresh cream Western confectionery during the day. It seems that the long-lasting sweets are made at the Nagano Factory.
Here, you can see what is selling well at Frel Saginuma store, and the number one selling item is a compact shortcake with a beautiful arazan (silver sugar grain) called “Tall”.
In the showcase, there are a lot of lines in the morning, there are few in the evening, I have never seen a disposal sale on the day of the product

I chose the top three, strawberry cream cake, chocolate cake and the chestnut cake, as well as the blueberry cheesecake to celebrate my friend’s birthday. They packed it relatively nice and nothing moved even I walked with it for over thirty minutes. It was simple, not to sweet but the sponge cakes were very dry and nothing really stood out. The cheesecake was very dry that I left half of mine.
