賃貸物件を複数所有しているので、良ければ今後も依頼する予定でしたが、もう無いと思います。

点検をしたと仰ってた翌日にガス給湯器は壊れ、IHは壊れました。
窓のサッシが壊れてたことを修理会社の方にはお伝えしてたはずですが、全く連携を取っていないのか退去日に「あー、ほんとですね」と言われ内心怒りそうでした。凄く舐めた態度されました。隣人の騒音がひどいことも一切対応したようには思えませんでした。住居人同士と言え限界はあるから頼ったのに。
凄く最悪な印象ばかりで二度と借りようとは思えませんでした。
修繕費等求められたら本当に宛ててるのか流石に信用出来なさすぎて払いたいという気持ちが全くわかない会社でした。
ガス給湯器が壊れた時も特に補填等は用意してなかった為こちらから要求しました。そのくらいには不親切でした。
