コンタクトの処方箋をもらいに行きました。 医師は控えめに言って感じ悪いですね。 水曜12:30頃でガラガラだったので、すぐに呼ばれたのは良かったです。 視力検査を対応してくれた方は、テキパキと気持ちのいい対応でした。 驚いたのがコンタクトの処方箋。 手書きだったのですが、字が雑?で肝心の度数が、、???

混雑していて座席も空きがないので、どのくらいかかりますか?とうかがっただけですが、イライラさせてしまったようです。 あの受付の態度はなかなかないと思います。 20~30分と言われた待ち時間は、結果1時30分。買い物できたな、、せっかくの立地なので、そんな風に患者さんを誘導したら座席も回ると思うし、苦ではないので、残念です。近くの他院ではどうぞ時間を潰してきてくださいと、アナウンスしてます。 診察はコンタクトレンズの方が多くてなかなかすすみません。以前のおばあちゃん先生の時は分けていたようで一般診察はすぐよばれたのですが。 コンタクトレンズ購入の方は駅前だし、便利でいいと思います。

クチコミを見てなかった、本当に見たら行きたくない! 診察はすぐ終わり、説明もなく、薬のこと聞いでも、意味ない返答して、とにかく早く診察終わりたいの感じでした。

感染症対策とか結構適当。待合室は間開けろってなってるけど、メガネ拭いたり、触れる機械拭いたりがすごく適当。 コンタクト買いに来る人用のどうでもいい眼科って感じですね。

順番待ちしていたのに忘れられ飛ばされ散々待たされたのに謝罪もなし。 受付の女がぶっきらぼうで本当に不快。二度と来ない。早く潰れてほしい。

口コミを見てからいけばよかったです。院長先生なのか、本当にひどい言い方や診察です。【次回いつきたらいいですか?】と質問すると、【いつもの掛かり付けでも、どこでも好きなところで経過を見てもらってください】と。。そんな経過観察あるのか(笑) もちろんサービス業ではないけれど、すごく人を小馬鹿にしたような説明はどうなんだろうと思ってしまう。 受付の方は丁寧な対応でした☆ありがとうございます。

口コミが悪くてびっくりしました笑 土曜日で代理の先生だったのが良かったのかもしれません。 お医者さんは普通でした。特別丁寧でも、雑でもなかったです。 初めてのコンタクトでしたが、検査〜着脱練習のスタッフさん?がとっても良い方でした。 私の目の状況や、眼鏡の使い分けの提案など、理にかなった説明で納得できましたし、物腰が柔らかくて、また行きたいと思うほどでした。 コンタクトの付け外しのコツを色々教えてもらって、毎日スムーズに安全に行えています。 受付の方は感じ良くはないですが、嫌だなーと思うほどではなく、気になりませんでした。
