★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隅田川・スカイツリー側であればある程度高層階だと夜景が贅沢です。隅田川花火大会も部屋から鑑賞できます。
京成と東武の両方の駅が少し離れてますが、羽田も成田もアクセスよく、買い物もスーパー激選区で困りません。
エレベーターは高層階から降りても高速運転なのでそこまでストレスはかかりませんが部屋でて駅までは５分以上は見たほうがよいです。
２４時間ゴミ捨て可能、人の出入りは激しいので防犯はぼちぼちです。
On the Sumida River / Sky Tree side, the night view is luxurious on the upper floors to some extent. You can also watch the Sumida River Fireworks Festival from your room.
Both Keisei and Tobu stations are a little far apart, but both Haneda and Narita are easily accessible, and shopping is not a problem in the supermarket selection zone.
Even if you get off the elevator from the upper floors, it runs at high speed, so it doesn't put much stress on you, but you should see it in your room for at least 5 minutes to the station.
Garbage can be thrown away 24 hours a day, and people come and go very often, so crime prevention is sloppy.
